Our service rates vary based on infrastructure requirements, but as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we do not sell content. Instead, we collect community contributions to promote wellness, facilitate emotional intelligence courses, and maintain the secure technical bridges required to connect underserved populations with authorized regional broadcasters.
WHFF operates as a mission-driven technical conduit. We explicitly avoid "High-Value Piracy Labels" and focus exclusively on open-market, Free-to-Air, and public-interest streams. Every contribution supports our Community Promotion Initiative.

Colombia’s 2026 "Connectivity Communities" framework encourages local technical providers to recover infrastructure costs through member contributions.
Right to Charge: As a nonprofit, our $1.99 is categorized as a Community Service Contribution. It funds the high-performance technical nodes needed to deliver stable local FTA news and cultural education to the Colombian diaspora.
Logic: US Federal Non-Profit Protection
Puerto Rico: Federal Safe Harbor Zone
As a US Territory, Puerto Rico operates under federal DMCA Section 512 protections. Our 501(c)(3) status is our primary operational framework here.
Right to Charge: Under US Law, nonprofits may charge Related Service Fees to sustain their mission. The maintenance fee specifically supports our US-based server encryption and community wellness app development.
Logic: Technical Neutrality Protection
Argentina: Open Market Infrastructure
Argentine law protects neutral technical platforms that do not curate or host content locally. Our system operates as a passive validation tool.
Right to Charge: We charge a Infrastructure Maintenance Fee. This funds the technical uptime required for users to access publicly indexed regional assets without being subjected to unmanaged third-party tracking.
Logic: Private Digital Service Status
Venezuela: Global Connection Support
Due to regional digital instability, local public-interest stations rely on international conduits for signal uptime.
Right to Charge: Our fee is a Technical Support Contribution. It funds the redundant server architecture in the US that ensures Venezuelan citizens can maintain access to authorized regional cultural feeds during local infrastructure outages.
